Standard Classes

Cardio Sculpt
A unique combination of cardiovascular intervals and strength training drills focusing on the thighs, glutes, and midsection. Exercises can be leveled to accommodate most people.

Super Circuit
A multi-station, whole body circuit utilizing kettlebells, free weights, exercise balls, and jump stretch bands. Suitable for all fitness levels.

 

 


Sports Interval Training
This class is a challenging circuit training class consisting of plyometric drills and strength training intervals. If weather permits, we will often do part or all of the class outdoors. This is our most challenging class, so come prepared to sweat!!!

Adult Yoga

Stretch and strengthen your body with Yoga! This class is designed to increase your vitality and sense of well-being and focuses on flexibility, strength, and balance. No prior Yoga experience needed.

Core and More

Pilates based mat work designed to tone and strengthen the muscles of the midsection.

Pilates Mat Level I
